Your account
Delete your account
You can delete your Clear Path account and its cloud data yourself, from inside the app. It takes about thirty seconds and it cannot be undone.
In the app
This is the fastest route, and it does not need a message to us.
- 1
Open Clear Path and go to Profile.
- 2
Open Privacy & Security.
- 3
Tap Delete account, and confirm.
Deletion is irreversible. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore the account afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.
By email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, write to us instead.
idrishaider987@gmail.comSend it from the email address on the account, and include your username. Without one of those we cannot tell which account to delete, and deleting the wrong one is not a mistake anybody can undo.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your username reservation
- All synced records in the cloud
- Your device sessions
- Your friend connections and any pending friend requests
What does not get deleted
- The copy on your device
- Deleting your account does not erase the local copy on your phone. That is deliberate, so you do not lose your records by deleting the account while still using the app offline. Clear the app's data or uninstall it to remove that copy.
- Purchase records
- Google Play and RevenueCat may keep records of your purchases under their own policies, and for tax and accounting obligations, after your account is gone.
